Bought mine for my notebook that I take to university, so it's 'on-the-go' quite a lot. Perfect for protecting from knocks and splashes, with enough room for mini mouse and even plug and adaptor at a squeeze if required. However it's also great for general protection around the home, which is what my mother uses hers for - we bought the same!
On the whole, a good purchase, and a bargain compared to the cost of the optional insurance I could've taken out on the notebook!
